New Members are welcome!
Museum members are proud of their efforts which, without doubt, have saved the trams from the scrap
heap and given present and future generations the opportunity to see and experience this important aspect of past urban life.
If electric tramways interest you, you may wish to become a member of the Wellington Tramway Museum Inc. which operates the Kapiti Coast electric
tramway here at Queen Elizabeth park.

- An opportunity to become a 'motorman' - tram driver
- Opportunities to join in the museum's social activities
- An opportunity to research New Zealand's tramway heritage
- Access to journals catering for tramway interests in New Zealand and overseas
- And many, many more activities. From painting to assist with internet and contributing to newsletters etc. etc. Come and visit us at the museum and ask for all possibillities to start your new hobby!
